I've made the rules a bit more lax because apparrently most of the regs don't like them (and I'm too unnaproachable for anyone to say anything directly).

So user channel rules aren't there anymore, mods can still edit/remove channels that are utter trash but that's up to you.

and the 4th basic rule that was "don't speak in a channel unless you're involved in that activity" has gone.

So if your channel isn't passworded and doesn't state otherwise in the description, people can come in and chill and chat without me waggling my fist.

Admins can also now edit rules without even asking me so ♥♥♥♥ can get sorted when I end up sleeping at various people's houses every other night.
