Cause Steam does not allow invites for Non-Steam Friends.
You simply have to press the "Invite Request" Button in the Top-Right Corner of the group you would like to join.
You can not see that button if you are already in the group.
After that you just have to wait until an admin/ mod is accepting it.




Considered as spam are comments like:

• +rep for +rep, Rep me etc.
  
• Comment for Comment etc.
  
• rate me, rate my profile etc.
  
• Feel free to add me (on every single group) etc.
  
• spam my profile etc.
  
• Like my artwork etc.
  
• any suspicious Links
  
• Advertising in all it`s forms.
  
• Trade Offers (we have a subforum for that)
  
• and so on

If you really don`t like to follow these simple rules then let me show you this.

He can and will chat-ban people if they do not follow our little and understandable rules. Permanent!
