LISA: The Painful is one of the few RPGs that manages to capture my heart, and I believe a large amount of it goes to how well the gameplay is handled with the story. Every decision made and every encounter works perfectly within the environment you've been placed in and it forms this game which words find hard to explain. It's a great game for $10, just play it.
