Review: Tiny Metal (Advance Wars 5)

Tiny metal is the crowdfunded Japanese indie game that is the spiritual sucessor to the Advance Wars series.

But is it any good?

I think that this game is a mixed bag with a lot of promise, this is because upon release Tiny Metal is very small game with a lot of content missing ,such as the multiplayer which is dumb since it's a core element of almost any game but I can forgive it since I am a long time fan of the Advance Wars Series.

Since this game is nearly a carbon copy of the aformentioned series there are many aspects missing from this game such as the whole of the naval set of units and the ammo/fuel system which was disapointing but this I imagine will appear later.

In conclusion I think this game currently is not worth the price tag but when updates come such as multiplayer and hopefully the addition of more units such as naval and maybe more will definitely make the game worth in the UK atleast £20 (cba to work out for dollars and stuff).

Side note of Gameplay and Content Ideas That should be Implemented (If a dev reads this)

- Multiplayer (random lobbies and server browser would be amazing)
- Naval Units
- Fuel and Ammo
- Missle Silos
- Level Builder
- More customisation options such as removal of fog of war for example
- CO Powers if possible but this may be going too far (Dont copy the dual Commanders from AW 2)

Sorry for the waffling but thanks for reading.
Have a Nice Day!
