The fact that the game's still relevant after these 10 years is something worth noting.
The storyline is not that great, it could've been better, replayed it 3 or so times, really short and simple. I really wish Rockstar came out with some DLCs for the singleplayer like they did with GTA IV. However attention to detail in this game is really impressive, you can really see the countless hours developers put into creating this immersive world, that should always be credited.

The online part of the game is just not what it used to be. It was just better couple of years back, now it's just a money making machine for the guys over at Rockstar. It's appallingly repetitive and boring. Updates bring nothing new but new cars, expensive clothes that look terrible. We've had the same haircuts for what, 6 years? It's pathetic.

To conclude, the game had alot of potential that Rockstar did not use and chose the way of EA, focusing on profits only. It destroyed the online part of the game and killed the potential expansion of single-player. That does not mean the game is not fun, if you have a group of friends you can still enjoy Online and if you're a loner, driving around Los Santos as Trevor, is not half as bad.
