It basically tells that you reached level 50 and restarted your character from the beginning, 0 perks, 0 bloodweb, everything resets.
It's useful to let somebody know that you have played the game long enough and you know how it works, you also can wear blood clothes which are pretty cool (both survivor and killer), However prestige in individual, if you reach level 50 with the hillbilly, you can get prestige 1 (all resets) a symbol appears in your name but ONLY with the hillbilly. same goes for the survivors. you can prestige 3 times (150 levels)

What is prestige actually?

only blood clothes that you get by prestige: blood shirt (prestige 1) blood head (2) blood pants (3)

Can i ask you if there is any method to how to get some costumizations for the killers?

Once you unlock a perk, that perk is permanent, every perk has 3 rank (you see it by the little stick to the top-right of the perk) every rank is better than the one before with increased rarity. When you reach level 50 you can prestige (up to 3 times), if you go for a prestige your bloodweb will reset, you lose every perk, every item and every offering. You start from level 1 again (you will already have all 4 perk slots unlocked, no perks tho) and you will see a skull with 1 behind it in your name (you also get dirty-blood clothes with prestige). So no, perks are permanent unless prestige.
