A Frustrating Grindfest Ruined by Greedy Economy Changes

Oh boy, where do I even start with War Thunder? I used to love this game, but recent economy changes have turned it into an unbearable grindfest. I'm beyond frustrated and annoyed with the direction the developers have taken.

First of all, the new economy changes are nothing short of a cash grab. It's become painfully clear that the game's primary objective is no longer to provide an enjoyable experience for players, but rather to milk every last penny out of our wallets. The grind has been ramped up to ludicrous levels, forcing players to spend countless hours or shell out real money just to make any meaningful progress.

The once-rewarding progression system has been thrown out the window. Instead of feeling a sense of accomplishment for unlocking new vehicles, I now feel a constant sense of dread and frustration. The in-game currency rewards have been slashed, making it nearly impossible to afford repairs, ammunition, or upgrades without resorting to opening my wallet.

Not to mention the absolutely exorbitant repair costs! Seriously, who thought it was a good idea to drain our in-game currency for every scratch and dent our vehicles receive? It's demoralizing to spend hours grinding for a tank or plane, only to have its repair cost eat up all the rewards I earned. It's like a never-ending cycle of grind, lose, grind some more, lose again.

And let's not forget about the arbitrary and unfair matchmaking. It seems like I'm constantly pitted against opponents with superior vehicles and equipment, making any chance of success feel like a distant dream. It's disheartening and kills any enjoyment I could have had.

In conclusion, War Thunder has become a shadow of its former self. The economy changes have turned it into a frustrating and greedy mess. I can no longer recommend this game to anyone who values their time and money. It's a shame to see a once-promising game succumb to such anti-consumer practices. Save yourself the headache and find a more fair and rewarding gaming experience elsewhere.
