The story is rock solid, great narrative, characters really well built - absolutely no issues here. The atmosphere of the game is on point, and it can be pretty obscure and creepy at times. Loved the feeling this game gave me. The soundtrack fits really well with the atmosphere.

The gameplay mechanics are pretty tough at first. You'll have to make an effort to learn how stuff works and if you have played the Witcher 2 or Witcher 3, muscle memory will be your biggest enemy here. If you like a challenge and a little bit of frustration, I totally recommend this game. In the end it was all worth it and the only regret I have is not playing this game earlier.

Bear in mind that this game is 12 years old. If you're coming here expecting a modern gameplay you're already off to a bad start. I wanted to quit so much in the first 30 minutes. Everything feels extremely weird at first, but once you get used to the mechanics everything is buttery smooth.
I have zero complaints about this game, it's a really old game after all and I'm pretty sure it kicked ass when it got released. Many things have changed since 2008 and there's no point in complaining or comparing this game to its younger brothers.
