Took me a while to get used to this game, the controls have changed a fair bit since the last Need for Speed game I played. Tuning each car for the specific types of races also took some getting used to, especially for drifting and police evasion.
The story was short, as others have mentioned. "Crews" are mentioned many times in the story, but never really play any part, compared to how it worked in Need for Speed Carbon. Haven't really seen the benefit of online play yet.
Police in this game are refreshingly unforgiving, and pose a proper challenge.
Lack of Toyota Supra is sad.

Overall the game is much better than I expected. I might just sink a lot of hours into it to complete all the "collectibles" and side-activities.
