Toxic community of tryhards who will kick you from their server just because you are not speaking their language or if you just occupying their friend slot on the server.

Stay away.

Trash port. Stay away and play Q3A instead.

Coop is fine but versus matchmaking is non existent because of the small playerbase.
This is why new players are leaving this game and there's only 1000 rank no lifers playing.

Pros:
✔This is still Civilization experience, so you can actually enjoy this for some time
✔Immersive music and sound design that perfectly fits the new space setting of the game
✔Overhauled visuals
✔Affinity system allows you to choose the 3 ways to build your civilization: Harmony, Supremacy, This system was perfected in Rising Tide expanison by allowing players to create hybrid affinities.

Cons:
✘Quests system. A good idea actually, but gets repetitive way too soon
✘No actual terraforming
✘Broken diplomacy. I know diplomacy is not a strong side of Civ series. But in Civ BE it's a complete disaster. AI is too passive. Diplomacy was partially fixed in Rising Tide. But why we should pay for fix?
✘Lazy design of the interface
✘Late game is boring. New type of victories is getting repetitive after the first time

Beyond Earth is the "safe sequel" to Civilization V. If you were looking for Alpha Centauri experience this is not it. This game is such a waste of opportunity. Firaxis could create something bigger than cheap Civ V reskin. And now dev's abandoning Civ BE (no second expansion pack and further updates) and concentrating on Civ VI. This is how they treat their fans, who actually supported them and bought this game.

One zombie map in nazi castle is better than the whole Wolfenstein New Order

Pros:
✔Gameplay is focused on intense teamwork
✔Objective gamemode. It so much better than boring TDM which we used to see in every single FPS
✔Competitive Stopwatch gamemode
✔A wide variety of Mercs to choose from. There is bunch of medics, engineers and supports
✔No Pay2Win for now. Microtransactions seems to be balanced
✔Regular updates

Cons:
✘Execution gamemode which can turn the game into another CSGO. I dont want CSGO community in my Dirty Bomb
✘Graphics could be better

Summary:
Dirty Bomb is a great Wolfenstein successor (in the terms of multiplayer). If you miss good old RTCW and WET days, you should try this out.
