Its nothing special and not that bad either as people let you believe. Just pure normal ubisoft experience. Kinda like Assassin's creed, but with guns. In same way made as bethesda made fallout look like elder scroll games.

If you love freelancer, (or space games in general) you will love this one too.

You play as Kardoz Speakerson, member of the wealthy family and company owner who have just been found guilty on court and lost hes fortune.
Do to him being unable to make a new company on planet and unwilling to start new on different system, he picks up a new job as starchaser.

Soon weird things start to happen and he find himself working for goverment himself to fight against enemies unknown

Game play pretty much like freelancer did back in a day. You have ship that you fly i 3 person view (there is option for hut view but its not yet complete), you fly around doing odd jobs, upgrade your ship and weaponry.

Hud, combat system, traveling through lines/jumpgates and jump holes, all work exactly like in freelancer

While game is still on very early access state (shows a lot in later story missions), voice acting is incomplete and few bugs here and there, i can definitely recommend this one for any space lover. This is the game that Start citizen promise to do, except this one actually come out and i dare to say even, did it better.

After playing the game though there are several thing i like and i some thing is don't.

Game takes play after end of season 7 with the death of Anubis. You do not play as SG-1 but as several other members of SG command.Game is play as tactical strategy game (Much like commandos, synticate or Desperados) Each character have their own unique abilitys to take down enemies. I finish the game on Normal.

Pros:
- First and fore most: This is the very first StarGate game that have been release. There have been several games announce by all of them canceled.
- Game looks good
- Art style is beautiful
- Maps are fun.
- multi able ways to finish a mission.
- Doesn't make stuff up but some thing are what show did say, Zat'nik'tel, stun/kills and third disintegrat, not that you would ever what to do that because ammonation is limited, which is weird considering its a energy weapon, but having unlimited ammo would be too op since its the games best gun.


But then there are these.


Cons:
- Game is too short, and yes they do mentioned that there is 14 missions (first 7 here and next 7 later on) but each map takes like an hour to do, even if you don't know what you do, even if you go with no alarms, maps are very simple and all enemies are easy to over come.
- No free camera, i honestly would love this more than switching camera position.
- Some character are much better than others. This what bother me with Desperados 3, when there is one character than can literally kill everyone and can't be stop, here you have 5 character with one of them being OP (no complains) and rest are almost all equally worthless. Like in last mission, even i like hard sneaky section, for thous who wants to shoot their way through and making 70% of all enemies unkillable for two characters you control, something is wrong.
- Useless ability. Two character have one ability that is desingned to stun/kill one type of enemy and depending players playing style, you only use it in one mission and its first one. Could that not be indicated on something else?
- No stargate?. For a game about stargate, you barely get to see it.
- No Stargate command. Common, make a level about it, even a training level would be nice.
- Ending. SKIP THIS IF YOU DON'T WANT TO KNOW. Now while game says there will be "over 14 narrative-rich missions", i can't help but to believe that more than half of them is going to be same missions, just started from different area do to how game ends. I am not going to say how it happens, but fans of the show remember that one guy who wanted "control time".

Overall, its a great fun game for thous who enjoy tactical strategy game (like desperados) but buy it only after it get's all of its missions, because right now its too short.

Lastly the characters from worst to best. (This is based on my play style which is sneaky as possible)

5. Dr.Dereck Harper. While hes stun droid is the most useful part of him, that where it ends. Hes the only person who can heal, but if there is no alarms, there is no need for healing either. Hes distraction droid have very small affect range and can't be sended very far away either, by the time you reach to actually use it, there are much better options.

He can also hack things but thous are limited to computers and there is like 2-3 of them entire game that only he can use. Far as i know, he can't hack droids either would have make him much more useful. He is also the only character that can't carry bodies.
4. A'ta. Only person with a staff but nothing like Teal'c (I wish she ware), she can punch and shoot her staff (3 rounds). Her distraction is electric fan (literally looks like it) that distract enemies and makes them walk towards is, very useful, also its reusable.

She can also throw grenade that blind everyone in range for short period of time, again very useful when taking out larger groups.

She is also only one that can pickpocket enemies to resuaply her staff energy or grenades.

3. Eva McCain First character you meet and no way bad one. Her ability's are similar to A'ta but better. Like her, she can punch and shoot with P-90 (5 rounds), while A'ta is single target only, P-90 is spread and kill enemy one on sight (with exception of armored goons)

Her distraction is throwing bullet casings and have very long reach making the best in the game for my opinion, her stun grenade works same way as A'ta's flash bang but better since it...well..stuns. + she got 3 while a'ta only have 2.

She is also only one that wears binoculars that she can find weak spots on armored enemies, making them vulnerable for melee attacks.

And then she is one of two character who have one useless ability to take down super soldiers that i mentioned. Ignore this.

2. Max Bolton. Honestly one of my favorite character, like others, he can punch and have sniper rifle (unlimited range and 7 rounds),

He have stun round to blind single enemy for short time and also is the second character with useless super soldier take down ability

Then my two favorites, whistle with impressive range, and camouflage to hide himself, with these two he can almost take down anyone in hes way by himself (with exception of armored guardians, even sniper won't kill these)

But there is one better than this guy and hes

1. Sam Watson.

There is nothing this guy can't do. he can punch (socker), he can distract (hologram projector) and holds all might Zat'nik'tel (with 10 rounds no less) that can take down anyone, both normal and armored guardians. (1 stun, 2 kills, 3 disintegrate, not that you would ever need to use second or third short when you can just tie them up and throw to push. (or off the cliff).

And the best, he can disguise himself as enemies, and the higher rank you are, the better. lower ranks don't give second look (unless sees you doing something super weird) and with hes disguise, he can also distract others by talking to them, making room for others to take down people. With him and max together, they can clear entire maps.

Absolutely great remake.

Absolutely great game for everyone who loves play with magic and especially if you are Harry Potter fan.

This remake is awesome, and great tribute for the cult classic mafia.

- It looks nice
- Different from original so its new experience if you play the original.
- Lots and lots of story expanding for existing characters past and present.
- Hardest difficulty can challenge your skills.

If i would need to nitpick for something, cops are very easily to lose.

Still, one of the best mafia games i have ever play and i highly recommend it.

Here is where the nightmares started. Never was a fan of souls games before i try one. Now i can't get enough of them.

Still loving it.
