I'm Commander Shepard, and this is my NEW favorite game on the Citadel.

This game holds up very well against time!

I will never play Age of Empires II again. It's all here and more.

This is a digital conversion of a charming board-game.

All the busywork has been taken out, allowing casual players to pick up a game for an hour. I normally don't do a lot of multiplayer due to min/max metagamers of nerdy rage; but this game was meant to be played with humans. Just like any game worth its salt, you can learn through loosing and win through experimentation and luck.

Once you have the mechanics of the game down, it's time to learn the cards and characters. Then you can formulate your strategy. Some players give a negative review of the game due to "too many attack dice" being used- they just didn't pray hard enough to the RNGod is all. Dice are random, and you have to be able to take your losses if you want to play this game.

If your friends never have time to get together in person, this is an activity you can easily fit schedules together with. Plug into Teamspeak, and it's like it's the 1990's again- you know, before the internet when we used to socialize over the tabletop.

I really like this game and the German pen and paper system it's based on. The plot is very good compared to today's standards. The voice acting is superb, except for a few characters- executioner.... It's a pleasure to look at, and for the most part the game runs smoothly. That said, it can be worth it if it's on a 75%+ sale.

I'm still giving it a negative rating because of how many times the damn game crashes or freezes on a loading screen. The latest save-game file constantly corrupts making you backtrack. The tooltip isn't kidding- save often!!! Waaay too much fubar and frustration, when most of my games work fine.

<Edit: I am struggling to just play without crashes, and it completely took out my new rig last night. Unexpected shutdown was attributed to the apps path of this game, as well as the temporary files in memory. I don't know why I'm even strugglebusing myself through the rest of the game when it freezes on every other loading screen...>

Went to GoG after wasting money on Steam (I prefer Steam, but it ruined Star Wars day for me.)

Unless you are a hard-core multiplayer, in which case I believe the magic items and new races will make this worth it for you, I wouldn't fret this X-pac until it is on a super-sale.

It was well done. Humorous halflings and their chicken chasing, but there wasn't a lot of material to play. The scenarios ended far too quickly, and there were only a few of those. So if it's on sale, it's worth a shot.

It was fun enough. My computer died and I went to Ubuntu for a while. This helped me get my turn based strategy on.

Get it on sale if you're bored and haven't been a Conquistethingy before.

A fun digital board game classic. I enjoy it and can't wait to chat with friends over Vent. while we play.

This game is basically a trainer for learning how to play Talisman in a single character, single player, zone of singleness. It's not bad, but look at it! You are not only playing a boardgame by yourself- it's a boardgame on your computer!

Unless it is on sale for two bucks or less, don't waste your time, and just get the real deal. Thankfully I got a dollar per hour since it was on holiday sale.
