Cute little B short VR adventure with nice mostly easy puzzles and good use of perspectives

I'm suffering from a bad case of "I should like this game, but I'm not feeling any fun"

I mean... the game has all the makings of something I should love, and conceptually I find it really cool, but I'm just not feeling it.

I think maybe it's a pacing issue, or maybe I'm allergic to things that remind me quest graphics.

What a brilliant game.
I only wish I could debate the hermit and the god with my own arguments instead of the author's arguments.

I played a few levels, and a little zombie. Realized I'm not having fun, and uninstalled.

maybe it would be fun if I had who to coop with and it was 2017

The map keeps drifting away no matter how much i try to bring it back.
But even if it didn't, this game is just discount eternal starlight.

Finished game.
Some things liked a lot. Some things meh.
A sequel that improves all the meh things a lot of things would be awesome.

Too many unreal-related crashes.
Some bugs.

It's OK. I'll probably finish it cause it's short.
Fencing sounded fun but it's just visual. It's basically an indie ubisoftish game without open world or high budget.
Being short makes it OK though.

Finished the game including arena in 5.5 hours.

Actual review:
This game has two kinds of awesome fun:
1. Mastery and challenge - trying to get all the stars in the hardest difficulty is a good challenge, and sniping things with having to consider wind and bullet drop is quite a skill to master. I mostly go for body shots, but I hope by the end of it I'll be naturally good enough to hit round shaped organs XD
2. Mortal Kombat fatality on good shots haha

There's also collectibles but they're not fun to collect.

This game relies on spamming right trigger click throughout the whole gaming session... making it extremely uncomfortable to play.

Otherwise, quite a good Tower Defense game. It's probably better in non-VR, because mouse clicking is more comfortable...
Were I more into the genre I'd probably continue playing past level 9 anyway.

Roleplaying a dumb half-ogre. trying to get a job.
My bretheren reject me because too smart. went away on a ship to another city. Ship crash everybody die.
I find village. Everybody racist, mean, and insulting... and If I insult them back they try to kill me... so I have to be super polite.

Outsmarting the villain in the first sidequest with 4 intelligence is hilarious lol

The entirety of the dialogue is written for my dumb character. Even the journal entries. I love it.
I'm missing most of the game, without charisma or intelligence, but it paradoxically gives a tolkinesque feeling the world is larger than I see.

My companion even offers to talk for me! and he has dialogue!

Bad game wait for remake with in-game manual. I have my laptop wiki and the printed thing in front of me. Too much for small 2024 brain. Playing slowly. Worth. Great game.
