As a user coming from the IMVU platform for 15 years, VRCHAT does need to fix some things. I get they're just starting out so its rough around the edges, but hey at least they do backpedal and sometimes apologize for the mistakes, because the one I come from, would never backpedal from something bad and iv seen so many others like this. They could leave it with nothing and just let the backlash boil and fester until the people who complain leave and then the backlash silences and new people come in to replace the people who left. But they do seem to generally care about its community, they may be naive but they seem to want the best. Its still a really fun game, and its been an absolute blast. Iv met some really cool people, and made really awesome friends. Being on a stale platform as IMVU, this is a very welcoming feeling and very opposite to IMVU.

THE AGE PROBLEM - I do feel age should be more restricted and or separated atleast, yes people can lie about there age but it could be as easy as verifying you're an adult by sending a copy of your drivers license or something, and I know someone will disagree with me but when you played WoW, and you lost your login verification or got hacked, the only way to prove the account was owned by you is sending them a pic of your license or ID, and NO ONE had a problem with that. And a few other games verify you're identity the same way. Heck you go to Best Buy or Macy's when you pick up an item they ask for your license. Its not like VRCHAT support will keep the pictures you send to them lol, they're on secured email and im sure due to laws they have to delete the pictures after the ticket is closed. And all you have to give is the first last, address, dob ,and name of government body issuing of the id, you get to cover everything else on the ID. So again...What is so wrong with that ? blizzard accounts for kids under 18 u have to send a birth certificate or adoption certificate. Same rules apply. All that basic information about you is public information, they just want to see on on a official ID/passport/paper. So again I dont really see the big issue here. Ask for ages, I do this all the time and most will not lie, the ones trying to get you into trouble you will most likely see the red flags unless you're a complete bumbling fool.

HACKERS AND CRASHERS - For hackers and modders doing malicious things, that is never going to stop. So stop complaining about it, if you have ever been on any game, that risk is always present. But if you cant be bothered to report it because of the process, you're equally guilty of letting the stuff continue.

NSFW PROBLEM- The way the IMVU worked is if you submitted a product (EX clothing, shoes for your avatar) it went through product review, and it is ran by the community who would look at the product and check it off for glitches, nsfw if it was on a general audience product, and ether fail it or pass it. It took I think 12 votes and if their was more then 8 out of the 12 votes on a product that were voted as a pass, the product passed and was sent out into the market, but if it had 5 fail votes out of the 12, it would fail and have to be resubmitted. And the community member will get a few free in game credits for doing each product submission they did correctly. Why doesn't VRCHAT implement a community avatar review for submissions?

I dont know, just ideas. And I think they're fair Ideas. Game is still fun if you can safely sift all garbage out and you will generally meet some amazing people like I have. It just takes time. Its a really fun place, but like real life. Its a cruel world. So just be mindful like you would in real life and you will do fine.
