El Presidente, the people keep talking about this whole "Voting" thing, I don't know what it is, but sounds like a big deal and the Europeans like it. I suggest we tell the UN we'd really like to have votes but we can't do it unless they send us a better aid package then in 3 months when the next crisis happens "we can't focus on that right now"
