A 19th-century mystery detective Point&Click game with steampunk sprinkles. The story follows a private investigator named Miles Fordham who's life been a mess since he lost his partner in one of their missions. Ever since that day he quit his job and work on his own with the help of his friend Upton who brings him cases to solve. There is a twist in this game but I’ll try not to bring it up on this review, but Miles main objective is to find the killer of his partner, in the same time he is trying to save his own marriage which isn’t going well recently. The dialogue choices will determine how Miles act and think, this game did a great job on the dialogue tree, you have many options to go for and with the way you treat and talk to the suspects may declare the case as unsolvable because they won’t cooperate with you.

There are five cases, and more than one suspect in each. You’ll have to walk around talk to people and collect evidence which will work as a backup for your final decision of who is the suspect. The game is story heavy, it is fully voiced and has its own useful journal with a list of documents you found, suspects and objectives. Sometimes you’ll think that you are stuck, but once you read those documents a new place on the map will show up. I liked the fact that there is no inventory although you’ll examine your surrounding like any point&click game, you’ll rely more on the information people gave you to solve the case. You have many saves slots which will help you going back to explore more and find other suspects if you are not convinced with the one you have. There are of course consequences after you choose your suspect and will affect the next cases as you’ll meet the previous characters, some of them will be happy to see you and help, and some, of course, wouldn’t want to talk to you.

The voice-over did an amazing job with each character. I liked Miles personality and how he speaks with his partner, it felt so real. All the voice actors did a great job, same goes for the graphics and character design, I loved how they lip-sync the conversation. Music is good as well, the whole game feels like a well done classic point and click game.
