This is a very good game. I have been following this series since the first game and I am really glad that the developer still makes new entries like this one. The game overall is very good quality however it has a few flaws that prevent me from fully enjoying it, namely being the fact that most of the monsters are either too similar except for a handful which behave fully uniquely like the "crying angel statue" type one or the screamer, I only dislike the monster which chases you forever until it catches you or you hide from it if you don't instantly flash it. In a vacuum it is a good idea but it is quite annoying in the apartment complex since the 180 turn completely stops you when you do it and sometimes it will agro while facing away from you which will pretty much force you to hide or die since you cannot stun him from behind. The confined levels I feel are the best but the forest is easy to its own detriment because it is so open that you can just run away without consequence from any monster. The flashlight simultaneously feels underpowered and overpowered, it can stun almost any enemy completely dead in their tracks but it recharges almost too slowly out of safe zones (i know thats on purpose but i think it should be buffed a little). I know most of this review was my grievances and this very well could just be because im bad at the game but I do quite enjoy it and it is really good for the price it costs.

buy it on sale, its a decent game for $10 but it is not worth $30 especially not the $60 it was at launch with all the bugs it had and still has. Although the game is interesting, after being out for 5 years it has so few interesting quests that its almost sad. I would say if you're a fallout fan wanting more than fallout 4, 3, NV (etc.) just wait until fallout 5 comes out.
