Rock and stone lads. You are a dwarf, you mine, you blow up bugs and you get drunk. What else is there to ask for? A really fun game with a massive fanbase, great humour and something for every kind of player.

Story: No story, but fun characters that the fanbase has fully fleshed out into icons.

Gameplay & controls: First person shooter and a run bind! My pinky is very happy. I don’t think I’m ever playing the game and getting mad about the controls.

Visual design: Love the way the game looks, very simple while still allowing for some cool and gorgeous caves, while also not sacrificing my PC’s hardware.

Music and SFX: So good, one of the few games I would not mind just listening to without having spotify on in the background. Guns make a very satisfying sound and all bugs and events are identifiable by different sounds.

Enjoyment: A really fun game, solo, with friends or with randoms! If you like shooters, what the hell are you even doing? Go get the game.

Achievements: 69 achievements in total, not hard, but very time consuming. You will need friends for a couple of them like Car pool and Karl would be proud.

Overall, completely deserved the labour of love award. Such a great game that I am unable to explain in just a review, you have to go play it. Literally my only issue is that some of the missions get stale after playing for 300 hours and there’s no cross play with steam and console. Hopefully the next update brings in a ton of new stuff!
