I added the selection square and fixed the Norse Citadel. BTW, 4 DCL files were enough, you don't need a DCL for every animation.
If you find some time I have a bug fix for you: Non-eggy Citadels currently have no selection border. Duplicate modelsfx\sfx e citadel.dcl 13 times and rename to your 13 models\name.brg files.
There's also one more bug: The Norse Citadel's hitpoint bar is way too low and "hides" between the roofs. I don't know how to fix that, would be much appreciated.
As for the tech improvement idea, I'll look into it.
