Coupon Keeper

"Coupon Keeper" is my take on making The Keeper fun with a unique playstyle. In this mod:

- All items must be bought (exceptions Polaroid\Negative, Key Pieces, items you have already picked up)
- Devil Deals cost money and buying one gives you Deal with the Devil precedence. Taking a Devil Deal you can't afford will take away hearts\kill you.
- Angel rooms are free
- getting hit costs coins

To balance this The Keeper starts with:
- The ability to heal automatically by using money. If the player gets hit, the player will automatically heal and the mod will take 5 coins. If the player doesn't have enough money, the player will not heal until they pick up enough. Likewise if the player lose a heart container, it will be replaced automatically for 15 coins.
- The Coupon active item for purchasing other items
- Greed Tears (but not Head of the Keeper) for coin generation
- Bounce Tears because lolz. Makes The Keeper much more fun

The LUA code was pretty complicated, so please let me know if you encounter any issues.

Known Issues:
1) Re-rolling in a Treasure room is broken. For some reason the item always turns into a 3 cent red heart. Re-rolling in any other room works great. Wuuuut. Should be fixed.
2) Using the Coupon on a passive item works, but after The Keeper picks it up it still appears for sale even though it's not. If you leave the room and come back it's fixed. Just a weird graphical glitch. Should be fixed.
3) I'm not happy with how The Keeper can regain health if he picks up a single coin. I'm looking into how to disable that. Should be working now.
