PROPHUNT:

After escaping the hunters on the docks, the props amde their way to the flooded coastal town of Freshwater. Though few buildings remained, they found one. The ruins of the Terminal Hotel's founder's manor Greywing. Climbing on to the roof, the props knew there wouldn't be much time before the hunters arrived in their dingy. The props would have to hurry to hide amongst the haunted structures forgotten treasures...

TTT:

The terrorists, having survived the Terminal Hotel, made their way south. Their next target was a small coastal city named Freshwater, their goal? Destroy the Dam that prevented the city from becoming flooded with swampy sea water. They succeeded, but had to seek refuge in an abandoned manor. They had no idea that there were traitors amongst them, or the madness they had found. The remains of the once glorious Greywing mansion, the home of the founder of the Terminal Hotel chain. Can they survive the night?

The spiritual sucessor to the TTT "horrormovie" maps I made earlier this year.

Though built for prophunt, the map uses the TTT prefix, and includes random weapon/ammo spawners in many locations across the map. It does not include any traitor buttons though, as I feel that it would diminish the style of the map, and make it far too easy for the traitors to win or lose. The map is small as it is, and I'd rather traitors think tactically, as opposed to brute forcing the situation.

This map is fully soundscaped, and built to have a somewhat dark and lonely atmosphere. It has a skybox, and plenty of spawns and props. I feel its my best work to date, and it helped me release some creative steam while continuing work on gm_devheist. I've spent a little over 24 hours on this, and I like how it came out, all things considered.

I did my best to put in as much detail as possible, and though I got a little burnt out at the end, I think it holds as much theme as it should.

Yes, I have HL2, Episodes 1 and 2 and TF2, plus the texture packs for Portal, Day of Defeat and CSS.

Do you have HL2:EP2?

If so, it may not be mounted. Click the controller on the bottom rght in the main menu.

If not, well that would be the problem.

Well that video made it easy. Added to the gassymexican's maps collection. Funny thing is, I was looking for a map that captainsparklez uploaded a video of today.

Also, if you can't find the models and textures via gmod, I'd suggest just googling some fixes. I know there's something that involves the server update tool to get the stuff, but you'd be better off just looking it up, since I don't know.

You will need to have the EP2 materials and models for this map. I believe, that if you look in the guides, there is one that tells you how to get the textures and models for free, and legally.
