Radiant Enhanced Flurry and All-In

Description
This mod changes Flurry and All-in weapon (dull) skills to be more appealing. The idea is rare cooldown special actions, less action costy, that could really be worth it. See the detailed specs further. Might update later to add better FX ... or not.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ INTRODUCTION ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I honestly used them like 4 or 5 time each in my first game, i am sure we are lot in that case. There are already a lot of mods changing either or both these skill. So i want to propose you guys something a bit different than what we already have on this workshop.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ MOD CONTENT ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Let me explain here how i did remake these. I tested it for the whole act 1 and it am totally convinced i have one of the best remake idea :

  • Cost : that 3 action cost was a turn down for almost everyone (except when you play with sneaking, the pawn talent and action economy which are too often situational).
  • Cooldown : If it's gonna be buffed, a long cd was mandatory for difficulty balance. We have plenty other spells & skills to use between, and i don't like easy & broken games anyway. I wanted a skill you could rarely use twice in a fight, making you choose with care the moment and the target !
  • More Damage : because it was kinda insufficient for vanilla (around 125%), and with that new long cooldown, they both deserve a buff, but let's not break things ...
  • Damage depends of your weapon and can shift to intelligence, strengh or finesse, for both skills.
  • Realist repercutions of such hits : I chose some nice extra properties for these, illustrating the violence of each skill

~~~~Flurry~~~~
Action point : 3 > 2
Cooldown : 1 > 4
Damage Potency : 41 > 45 (Total Potency from these 3 hits : 124 > 135)
30% chance Bleeding the target for 3 turn
20% chance Cripling the target for 2 turn
Removed description and tittle weird "|"
~~~~All-In~~~~

Action point : 3 > 2
Cooldown : 1 > 4
Damage Potency : 125 > 135
30% chance Knocking down the target for 1 turn
20% chance Cripling the target for 2 turn
Removed description and tittle weird "|"
Corrected "All in" in "All-in" liked it is supposed to be written

@OneofakindKnight Yeah it's kinda high, but in the end game you have so lot of skill you won't be chasing it much, that's what i had in mind. You can always change the values by extracting the files of my mod if this bugs you hard. And no particular reason of spelling creeping insteade of crippling, it's 100% a mistake lol im not native english speaker and can mix up english sometimes ... thanks mate !

Downside on my rogue is that all my skills were on cooldown, but all in all good mod I like the changes.
I never used it before due to the AP cost and not very high dmg or effect reward, though 4 for a cooldown may be high on the skill that doesn't have the chance for hard CC (All In has the chance to knock down).

Also is there a reason you spelled it 'creeping' instead of 'crippling'?

I like this change. If you can only use it once per fight (depending on the length of the fight) then maybe a bit more damage could be acceptable. But as is, its still nice. Well done.
