the file itself is open just open and take out the mods that you do not want to use, however a good part of this project was only presentable for having these mods, without it it is basically mischaracterized and loses all the visual value of the whole project.

A modless version would be very helpful. I run a unit and having a building like this on our training map for our MARSOC team or something would be cool.

I'm with Valmont--I would love a version that doesn't require as much mods. It might look a little empty, but at least it gives people a chance to fill it how they want to without needing a bunch of mods (even outdated mods).
