Sealed Power Armour

Description
Makes the game's assorted suits of powered armour provide increasing degrees of protection from toxins.

Toxic Fallout. Unless you live under a mountain or have a supercomplex-styled colony,it's a game ender. People will get sick, get dementia, and develop carcinomas. One would, quite logically, assume that the game's suits of power armours will provide at least partial protection from this event, since they're sealed suits. But nope. They don't. The man in a suit of Cataphract Armour,so tightly buttoned up that it doesn't even have a visor, doesn't have the faintest whit of protection from airborne contaminants.

That just won't do.

So,I made this mod. This mod is a simple XML patch that targets Recon Armour,Marine Armour, and Cataphract Armour, and all of their variants. The end result is that they provide a cumulative 50%,75%,and 100% resistance to toxic buildup, repsectively, assuming you wear a complete suit. You do not need Royalty to run this mod,but I do recommend it. Furthermore, this mod patches the Heavy Marine Armour from Vanilla Armour Expanded in an identical fashion to Cataphract Armour, namely granting immunity to toxic buildup if a full suit is worn. Again,Vanilla Armour Expanded isn't required to run this mod,but it is recommended.

This mod should be universally compatible. If you have a mod that modifies vanilla and Royalty power armours in any way, that mod and this one should play nicely together, assuming the other mod isn't a wholesale data overwrite. This mod should also function with Combat Extended, though I personally don't touch that mod. I have been advised, however, that if this mod is loaded after Combat Extended,my mod's effects will overwrite Combat Extended's own Toxic Sensitivity reduction on power armour suits.

I made this mod primarily for personal use. Therefore,I will not add a patch for a mod I do not use. However, feel free to request the mods to be patched regardless; I might be compelled to try it,and if I like it enough,I'll certainly write a patch for it.

Issues
-Not a game-breaker,and an issue I cannot address. The Marine Armour,Prestige Marine Armour, their helmets, and the Grenadier Armour will tell you that they provide a 38% protection from toxic buildup. This is a rounded value; The true value is 37.5% per piece.

ToxicSensitivity (reducing was better) was split, now there is one for environment (ToxicEnvironmentResistance for toxic fallouts, increasing is better) and one for attacks (ToxicResistance, for snake bites and venom fangs/talons, increasing is better).

I tried to update this mod to reflect the change and 100% ToxicEnvironmentResistance from cataphract did not stop it, only slow it. Not sure what I did wrong unless its a weird rounding error.

Only a few things appear to have it above 0 by default and they have a may require biotech tag: rat, boomrat, boomalope, raccoon, iguana, insect, warg, mechanoid, and warveil.

Is there a Fork or alternative mod for this? Was it adopted into the base code? Is it still even needed?

Unfortunately 1.4 changes makes this mod incompatible.
