Description
This is a compilation of mods to increase the realism of the game.
I use them in VR but keep in mind, on a screen, the render may not be appropriate.

Sort these mods in-game like they shown below except for priorities if you have other mods installed.

I've limited the number of mods to make this bundle work on many computers however graphical mods needs more ressources, but keep in mind you need to try on your own setup.


Set priorites (order of mods in the in-game Mod Manager)
  • Sound Fixes Pack : Requires higher priority than any map and AI mods.
  • Black Sky Fix Add-on for Realistic Graphics Mod : Requires higher priority than Realistic Graphics Mod. (no longer required and/or available)
  • ATS Real Logos Project : Requires higher priority than any map mod.
  • Real companies, shops & billboards : Requires higher priority than any map mod.

For other mods are not in conflict with theses mods, the order don't have importance.

You can find below the required or optional settings for some mods to work properly:


Config.cfg file set-up
Each mods need (if needed) to setup correctly the file config.cfg located in the folder named American Truck Simulator in your "Documents" folder.
  • Realistic Graphics Mod (no longer available on Workshop)
