Forgotten Charge Weapons - Vanilla

This mod adds in 3 new tiers of charge weaponry:

Improvised: Batteries and plasteel tubes that make the ammo go off in the desired direction.

Obsolete: Old west style charge weaponry, powerful at early-mid game but easily outgunned by automatic firearms.

Artifact: Specialty charge weapons that range from the mundane to powerful.

Emplacements: Charge shot defenses that resemble the centipede's heavy weapons and a new light infantry mortar.
