Shattered Timepiece Title screen

Description
A title screen mod I made for the Time Travel Mod Jam!

Replaces the title screen with one that has a floating broken timepiece and stuff.

well, my friend who just started modding a hat in time is on that request, might need some help. im thinking that a badge would work nice.

yea i know, they all think that if hat kids walk angle is set to 0 the game will just be able to do that stuff but it dosent. if i would want to add stuff like ceiling walking that would require like tweaking the engine itself which is something hat mods cant do. i know wall walking would be possible but its really complicated. and if i wanted any of this to work smoothly it would require engine modification.

wait really? there literally are tons of people asking. just go to your "hat kid has a walkable floor angle of 0.01"
