VTI- {HWE} welder V3.0

This Welder can operate in any environment with its hybrid drive package featuring mostly hydrogen and atmospheric with a few backup ions thrusters. The survival kit has been moved to a new internal bay with accomodations for one passenger. A parachute helps conserving fuel while descending onto planets.

Reworked to feature a top and flush mount bottom connector, leaving you more docking flexibility. A beacon was also added to this revision and more thrusters were fitted to increase the operational capacity on planets. More reactors batteries and gyroscopes have been added to further improve on the original design.
