Yes, of course.
Main purpose of this weapon is to be carried around & placed wherever you like. Only vehicle-based movements on the mount is steering, which is done via thrusters.
Placing:
Actuators, Axles, Wheels, Motors all disable the feature for picking objects up.
Thrusters, guns, sensors, switches, detonators, fuel tanks, seats, cameras, lights, couplings are all allowed, so you can build anything that can be carried around within the parts that are mentioned just above. The limit of the weight of the object can only be 100 kg MAX. Anything heavier than 100 kg cannot be picked up.
Using actuators would be a super life-saver. I have no idea why it is not allowed for us to pick up objects that has actuators on them. But for now, this is what we're allowed to do. And with the given features, I came up with this weapon. Enjoy!
