No ALG, no priests

This mod is just a small modification of the "No Algeria" mod (many thanks to its creator Slawender).

The only difference is all priests, popes, padres, mullahs are expelled from the game.
There were two reasons to do so: 1) many players consider the healing process currently present in the game to be unrealistic 2) many players feel uncomfortable (due to the religious beliefs) when defenseless priests are being killed. Therefore, this mode tries to make our beloved game even more friendly and pleasant for the players

The expulsion of the religious units doesn't affect the process of advancing to the 18th century (for countries eligible to do so) as religious buildings are still present in this mod
