Make sure that you have all the necessary dlc and all the elements have been studied in the workshop.
If the error is related to teraforming, then try placing the blueprint away from other enclosures or buildings, as well as roads. Most of the blueprints from the workshop cannot be built next to other objects, you need to allocate a lot of space, build it and only then build a road and build something around it. You can also try raising the blueprint a little higher by using Shift or X on your keyboard.

Not able to place it. No matter where I try to place it, it says terrain modification failed. Really beautiful tho. You did a great job!!
