Craft Lockpicks for 1 Iron Ingot!

Description
Are you a thief that wishes lockpicks weren't so rare? Do you love having to always check specific vendors hoping they have 10 lockpicks for sale?

For average lockpickers (like me), I made this mod to support our ever-shaky hands. You can head over to any blacksmithing forge to craft your very own lockpicks! For a mere 1 iron ingot you can craft 100 lockpicks! There are no skill requirements to use this feature.

You can find the crafting recipe located in the "Misc" section of the crafting forge. (See the screenshot above). Enjoy!

not really, one iron ingot sounds fair enough. and im not too lazy to mine an iron ore vein when i see one. keep upthe great work on your mods man, and thanks for keeping your blacksmith chest mod free

Would anyone want me to convert this mod to making Lockpicks 100% free to craft? Would this convenience be more attractive than having to use a single Iron Ingot to craft 100?

Eh, I found myself using this after a while. To lazy to go find a shopkeeper who sells lock picks.

@Nipples The Clown - For my thieving playstyles, I'd disagree about there being plenty of lockpicks. I made this mod because I got tired of running out of lockpicks. Player skill & success rates irrelevant, some players tend to encounter more locked things than others.

Granted, to support your point, if you're a good enough thief you definitely don't need many lockpicks, as you'd rarely break them to begin with. This is more of a convenience mod than anything. :)

Hmmmm... Well the problem here is that... There are lockpicks EVERYWHERE... Why would you need to craft them?

@jconsort - I appreciate you bringing this to my attention. That's a great mod, over there! Where that mod has it's own strategy, my mod tends to be primarily focused on convenience. I'd rather save both time and resources by just pumping out 100-200 lockpicks when I need them, then continue on my journey.

I'd say his mod is more balanced/immersive, for sure. Mine is just quick. If someone wants to take advantage of it by selling lockpicks to a vendor, that's on them. I completely get your point, it's just not a concern in such a simple mod.

Isn't 100 lock picks for 1 iron ingot a lot (and makes selling them a cash cow) check the discussion on this mod, five star rated and simple mod! (or set the lock picks to be worth nothing)
