Bloodbath Augmentation Mod (BROKE w/ 1.0)

Description
A substantial gameplay/balance overhaul to Warno reducing some of the subjective unit statistics and limitations by basing more of them on real life aspects,

Changes include:
-Vehicle health changed. Vehicles are more likely to get get 1 shot.
-Substantial increase in suppression done by SAMs.
-Range increase to most ATGMs and SAM missiles.
-SEAD overhaul (Dedicated electronic warfare aircraft [F-4G, EF-111, MiG-25BN, Su-24MP] can see radar based AA from much further ranges).
-Reduce overall effectiveness of rockets while reducing supply cost.
-Vehicles with thermal sights now have better optics.
-AAA reduced accuracy while increasing suppression as well as damage done when hit.
-Planes can now see regular ground units with optic level based off of avionics/sensors on aircraft as well as weapon equipped. (Missiles with TV cameras increase optics).
-Increased mortar HE damage and reduced supply cost.
-Increased Stealth of the F-117 (It may be too stealthy now).
-Increased suppression of infantry non-guided AT weapons to reduce tank effectiveness in close quarters.
-Accuracy and range changes to many infantry weapons.
-Increased infantry resistance inside buildings and forests.
-Buffed veterancy.
-Division avialabilty changes.
-Aircraft can see ground units. (Not as OP as you'd think)
-New Divisions.
-Critical hit changes (Soviet tanks are more likley to suffer ammo explosions.)


Disclaimer: There are a lot of changes in this mod that won't be represented in the stats cards. For example, radar vision of EW aircraft won't be seen.
I will put out a list of changes that can't be seen from the armory.

With the current way, making mods for Warno that add a large number of changes is an extremely tedious process as every update seems to break them and the update tool they have added is lacking to the point where it feels entirely useless to have.
While it's a good thing they actively update the game, it is a curse for some mod makers.

TLDR: Warno is a game made in France

Unfortunately, Eugen decided to completely overhaul the way distance units worked in the files.
As a result I need to completely start from scratch which will take a fat minute as well as I need to find the motivation to actually do it.
