REFORGER 1993

Description
Welcome to REFORGER 1993.
RMF adds more content, units, and weapons under a more generous March-to-War by applying KA-50 logic to both sides of the Iron Curtain instead of just the Warsaw Pact. Aircraft loadouts and Army General TOE are the most reworked features in this mod. While the MP decks abide by a generous March-to-War, Army General abides by 1989 TOEs.

New Divisions
1. US 1st Cavalry Division
2. US 10th Mountain Division
3. US 3rd Infantry Division “Rock of the Marne”
4. US 1st Armored Division “Old Ironsides”
5. USSR 4th Guards “Kantemirovskaya” Tank Division
6. UK 3rd Armoured Division “Iron Sides” (WIP)
7. West German 10th Panzer Division
8. 57th Guards Motorized Rifle Division

U.S. Changes
1. Added new artillery rounds: M864 155mm DPICM, White Phosphorus Smoke, M712 laser-guided Copperhead rounds, and cluster ATACMS
2. Added new 2,000 lb Mk 84, GBU-24 laser guided bombs, and new plane loadouts
3. Added more AT-4s and LAWs
4. Reduced Mech Rifles from 11 to 9-man infantry squads
5. Normal US Scouts have been converted into 2-man Cav Scouts. M3 Cavalry Bradleys are now a transport option for these 2-man Scouts
7. More supply availability
8. M728 CEV is also a repair vehicle
9. Realistic M1 Abrams reload speed and ranges

Warsaw Pact Changes
1. MiG-25RBF can now provide high altitude reconnaissance of possible enemy troop locations
2. Higher availability on PACT tanks
3. GLATGMs have 80% accuracy and can be fired on the move
4. Igla team now a squad with 3 launchers and a BMP/BTR as transport
5. New Motostrelki (SVD) squad, with a designated marksman wielding a Dragunov
6. SU-25 Frogfoot and other attack aircraft have been given more ordnance and more missiles
9. Increase in number of RPG and RPO shots for Soviet squads
10. Forward deploy Razvedka T-80BV
11. Range and accuracy buffs for undermodelled SAM systems (Kub, Tor, Tunguska, Osa, and Igla)
12. Krasnopol rounds for 2S3M1

West Germany
1. Added 1990 F-4F Phantom II ICE, Tornado ECR, and Tornado LGB
2. Historical squad compositions and loadouts
3. Leopard 2A4 command tank
8. Reduced Nachschub MAN KAT from 80 to 70 points

UK Suffering Less
1. Centurion AVRE repair vehicle
2. Price buff for Challengers
2a. Challenger Mk 3 command tank
3. Swingfire missile can hop over cover, allowing the launcher vehicle to be safe from return fire

Gameplay Changes
1. Units with thermals have an optics bonus
2. Infantry will gain entrenchment bonus after being static for a certain period of time
3. Air superiority aircraft and high altitude bombers can no longer be targeted by MANPADS
4. Aircraft with targeting pods can spot and target ground units on their own
5. 20% accuracy increase for TOW-2, Konkurs, Metis, Dragon, Milan
7. Supply vehicles with cranes have a resupply speed bonus
8. Repair vehicles will repair units faster than normal supply vehicles but without resupplying ammo and fuel
9. Improved dispersion between members of a squad
10. Additional options for Conquest point limits and Starting Income

General Deck Changes
1. All US decks now have 1 activation point per slot for air tab
2. All Soviet decks now have 1 activation point per slot for artillery tab

Army General
1. Historical MTOE (WIP)
2. Less fatigue generation: No fatigue if you have a Total Victory. +1 fatigue for Major Victory.

@IRS.gov Seems to work now for me as well. I appreciate the prompt fix.

Random thought, have you considered upping the EW ability AOE? Kinda hard to make these work for strike packages at the moment with it's pitiful coverage.

@Overlord I found the issue and it is fixed now (no longer crashes for me). Resub to force the update

@IRS.gov, @Overlord I'm also running into crashes with the Fulda Gap campaign (though not the smaller Bruderkrieg Campaign).

I have tried changing the UI size, this is an issue when you are selecting the battalions for u and the AI or another person to use where it shows all the units available and causes the rest of the bottom section of the menu to go off screen, when in a battle the text that pops up when you hover over a unit to deploy blocks you being able to click on said units for the ones on the bottom if it is a group with a lot of unit types in it

Friend and I seem to have a desync issue, is kinda odd since it was working not a few days ago.

CTD when trying to start a Highway 66 campaign. Issue isn't present with other mods or vanilla. Other campaigns load fine, and whether I pick NATO or PACT doesn't seem to make a difference. I've also tried reinstalling the mod.

The M88 ARV should repair broken down vehicles without resupplying their ammo
