Relics are x3 effect, % reductions are multiplied (-25% cost is-58% cost, instead of-75% cost) while % additions are flat.
Additionally:
Fetter's of Fenrir(Hunt in 1 shot) also gives villagers +45% hack
Harter's Folly(+2 scout LoS) also gives scouts +30% hp (no longer worse Pelt of Argus, +6 Unit LoS)
Staff of Dionysus gives Oracle Heros +45% attack(it previously gave Atlanteans nothing)

Ankh of Ra (favor trickle) gives OH a tiny favor trickle (0.6/min) (10 OH ~ 1 town center)
Eye of Horus (town center +2 popcap) gives OH +1 pop cap (esentially makes them cost 1 pop)
Sistrum of Bast (Vilager discounts) gives -10% OH food cost
Head of Orpheus (Building LoS) gives OH +2 LoS
Ring of the Nibelung (gold trickle) gives OH a tiny gold trickle (6/min) (13.3 mins to pay back gold cost)
Staff of Dionysus (food carry capacity, previously useless for atlanteans) gives OH +45% attack
Fetters of Fenrir (Hunt 1 shot) gives OH +15% attack
Odins Spear (+5% basic infantry attack) gives OH +10% attack
Kithara of Apollo (villager speed) gives OH +10% speed
Mithril Horseshoes (cavalry speed) gives OH +10% speed
Bow of Artemis (-15% ranged unit cost) gives OH -15% food and gold cost
Wedjat Eye (-10% myth cost) gives OH -10% food and gold cost
Nose of the Sphinx (15% building hp) gives OH +10% hp
