TL:DR add new diverse tribal factions

Tired of mono-xenotype tribal factions? Want more diversity por favor? Fear not for i have a solution : Confederations!

Confederations are pretty copies of the base game tribal factions but with access to most base xenotypes, other than that they are PRETTY MUCH the same of the base game tribal faction, no extra bells and whistles have been added.

have you ever thought of adding compatibility with the VRE mods that add variants of vanilla races? like boarskins, lowmates, etc?

On soviet rimworld, tribes are united against you (which they were anyway in vanilla?)

Is there some other type of leadership for the(se) confederation(s) that arent trying openly to be an autocratic despot?

and what does this do to my beloved fire spiting ifrits? (impids) without their purebloodedness does this mean I will see more of them from any random raid event and so be able to collect (recruit) them more easily?
