Description
Because of the strength of the affinity units they will now appear several levels later.

The change puts them against tier 3 of the regular units instead of tier 2.
It's moving from 3:1 to 2:1 odds.

Progression

Tier 6 (from 4), upgrades at Tier 12 (no change)
Xeno Swarm/Battlesuit/CNDR

Tier 9 (from 7), upgrades at Tier 14 (no change)
Xeno Cavalry/Aegis/CARVR

Tier 11 (from 9), upgrades at Tier 16 (no change)
Rocktopus/LEV Tank/SABR

Tier 14 (from 12), upgrades at Tier 18 (no change)
Xeno Titan/LEV Destroyer/ANGEL

I haven't looked at the other mod, but it should work fine.

I would think this mod would go well with Later Affinity Victory given that the end of the game won't be much, much later. I never understand why Firaxis always has all this late game stuff yet the game often ends at the 75% point so you'd never see any of that content!

Plus would it kill them to have a video ending for each victory? A lot of reviewers have commented how Civ:BE just ends like Civ V. I want to SEE my armies crushing my enemies or see the Transcendence and the like.
