A House Divided | A US County-Level Map Overhaul

Description
A total overhaul for EU4, this mod seeks to represent the modern United States in a very fractured state.

Provinces are the individual counties (or equivalents) within states where possible; and whose development, cultures, religions, tree cover, etc are based on real-world data. The guiding philosophy for this mod was to make it as accurate of a depiction of the modern US as possible, while retaining vanilla mechanics and balance.

There are two possible game modes to choose from. In the first, the US is subdivided into 624 smaller nations, with provinces/counties with very low populations being uncolonized at game start. In the second, the world map is broken up into the 50 states as they exist today, plus DC.

To give a sense of how this mod plays, forming the USA is around the same level of effort as a vanilla world conquest, forming large regional tags like Dixieland or Great Plains are around the same effort level as forming the Roman Empire in vanilla, and forming large states like Texas or New York and smaller regional tags like New England are around the same level of effort as forming vanilla Germany, Italy, or Persia.

This has quickly become one of my favorite mods. To add my voice to others, I would really like Canada to be accessible and have some nations in the game, and it would be perfect. I like playing the Great Lakes region and an empty Ontario is rather strange.

This is cool but the overall amount of dev need to be reduced for this to be playable into the lategame

Wow, this mod is incredible. I can't wait to see it more fleshed out with content. I'm playing as New York City right now and having so much fun!

One bug I did notice: In Boston's mission tree, their mission to take over the Boston suburbs accidentally requires them to own a province in Northeastern PA.

Hey, I've encountered a bug. I'm trying to form Missouri and one of the requirements is, "no culture must be accepted culture within Joplin"

Can you remove DLC only content for missions? It's really annoying.
