Throwable Ammo Packs

Description
Explosive and Incendiary ammo packs are now held in the carry slot (the same as propane and gas cans). This means you can hold them at the same time as a medkit, though they can't be stored in your inventory. You can also throw them a short distance by switching weapons.

@Miolant sv_consistency 0 can be entered manually in console when starting a game, or done with another mod (one of the most popular mods on the workshop exists specifically to fix this).

By the way, I think that special ammo should be non-carriable, like regular ammo piles or laser sight boxes. What do you think?

Honestly, this one should be default (maybe TLS updaters will pay attention). But as long as this is not so, you have to add to your mod scripts/vscripts/director_base_addon.txt file with this string:

Convars.SetValue( "sv_consistency", 0 );

Without it, all local hosts with this mod will play with bots only.

Finally, they're now slightly less useless!
Side note, I was wondering if you could make 'em penetrate zombies like regular bullets, cus it'd actually make 'em NOT a handicap to use in lower difficulties.
