"The Black Grail, a curse birthed by Beelzebub, Lord of the Flies, spills forth a hellish tide of demonic insects—flies, scorpions, and locusts—devouring all in their path. Flesh melts and boils, but the suffering doesn't end; the infected are left writhing in agony as their bodies rot, while their minds remain fully aware. Only flamethrower tanks, fueled by holy oil, can burn away the plague, but if too late, the infected rise—twisted, lifeless husks driven by a demonic will to spread the corruption. These abominations form warbands, led by the vile knights of the Order of the Fly, collecting the mutilated bodies of their victims and offering them as grisly sacrifices to the idols of Beelzebub."
