Tall Cities Food Rework

Description
Ever wanted to make big cities, but couldn't? Beyond Earth throttles your city growth a lot compared to Civ V. This mod allows you to make cities with a larger population by changing food basket behaviour and adding 4 methods to increase food yield from tiles. Individual parts of the mod can be easily activated or deactivated.

Package 1:
The amount of food it takes to grow is now 30 + 6x + x^1.4, from 15 +8x + x^2. New cities grow more slowly, large cities no longer stagnate so easily.
(x is the current number of citizens, excluding the initial one.)

Package 2:
To offset Package 1 in the early game, your Headquarters now provides 1 Food.

Package 3: Affinity-neutral
Vertical Farming provides 1 additional Food to Farms and Plantations.
Vertical Farming provides no Purity, from 25, and cost from 1160 to 770.
Ballistic Lev provides 32 Purity, from 0.

Package 4: Harmony
Biowells yield 1 Food, from 2.
New tech Biosynthesis under Organics grants 18 Harmony and 2 Food 1 Production from Biowells.

Package 5: Purity
Terrascape build time reduced by 20%.
Terrascapes yield 3 Food 1 Production 1 Culture, from 2 each.
Terrascapes cost 4 maintenance, from 6.
Ecoscaping (virtue) no longer grants 1 Culture to Terrascapes, but reduces unhealth by 5%.
New tech Terra Superiority under Terraforming grants 18 Purity and 2 Food 1 Culture from Terrascapes.

Package 6: Supremacy
New tech Cyberorganisms under Bionics grants 18 Supermacy and unlocks the Cyberfarm improvement. Buildable anywhere on land except snow, it provides 3 Food 2 Production 2 Science, for 3 maintenance.

Instructions for deactivating packages: Go to Documents/my games/Sid Meier's Civilization Beyond Earth/MODS/Tall Cities Food Rework and rename the files you don't want. If you want to make more detailed changes, just look at the XML files, they should be relatively easy to understand.

Please provide balance/bugfix feedback in the comments. I'll do my best, though my schedule is rather wonky.

Known issues:
- Many text values are not in.
- All the new techs have icon and audio from Vertical Farming.
- Cyberfarm uses Farm icon. It's supposed to use Farm model as well, but it's invisible and I don't know why. Help please.

Latest version changes:
- Terrascape maintenance from 6 to 4.
- Terrascape yield from 2/2/1 to 3/1/1.
- Vertical Farming tech no longer shows Purity icon. (Thanks to HandyVac on CivFanatics!)
- Biowell maintenance from 3 to 2.

I am intersted in trying this out. I prefer building tall but it always feels as such a disadvantage in this game.
