Report a translation problem
For example, when previous mod data is left over and a new mod is used, the length of audio files do not match. If the original file in the soundbank is longer or shorter than the modded file, the difference will be replaced with screeches.
In other words, not properly deleting old mods will cause problems and/or clashes with existing mods. These mods that have been reuploaded were not recent, and there is no other explanation i can think of since i can not replicate your bugs.
This mod in particular seems to have a lot of problems, and since they mainly mention the reloading, it's most likely a clash with a weapon skin or some other sound pack that the galil might share with a different gun, possibly from DOI.
