Love the effect, but it's not in any item pools?

Cool. Do you think it could be tweaked to mark a target randomly, in only 1 room or a few rooms?

I have very scant coding experience. While I can see that the code is still in the lua, I don't know exactly where to put it. I already tried deleting the double dashes and other sundry things.

I did replace the effect with just a blood drop, mostly because a lot of people gave feedback that the crosshair is a bit too distracting. I did still leave the necessary code in the game, it's just commented, so if you were wondering how to do it yourself, you can totally check it out that way!

The marked enemies on my end are just labelled by a blood drop effect. Where's the crosshair?

if it can mark all enemys in a room its just a damage up, you should only be able to mark one enemy in a room

@Eufuu >but it probably shouldn't affect bosses. Alriiiight, i just thinked about it, that it's gonna be easy to defeat Hush/Other last boss with this think. That should be fair.

I would love to add the effect of only one enemy displaying health, but I'm not sure how to exactly do that in an elegant way... If anyone has any ideas, hit me up! I think 2x is a fair multiplier, but it probably shouldn't affect bosses.
