Thanks man, glad you like it! I only wish I came up with the idea when enthusiasm for the game was still at its peak.

As for the Blues, from my understanding, each time you enter the Avenger, the mod picks a cue (genre) and then cycles through the songs in it. Going into Geoscape and backing out should allow you to skip the tracks.

Originally, I had ALL the songs in a single cue, but that was an absolute mess and caused all sorts of issues, like the Avenger freezing for a while upon loading or a CTD. Splitting them up into genres was a compromise to make it stable.

I'm trying to see if there's a way of using the mod config menu to make it easier to manage the tracks, but haven't figured that out yet.

So, until then, if you get tired of a genre, you can comment it out in "XComStrategySound.ini"

@Moondear ill try that, and thanks so much for your work on this! I don't think I'll ever be able to play without it. But I'm only getting the Blues songs, for some reason

But anyways. I'm cool with this just being on the avenger to give a sense of home to the place and for the standard missions to just play the standard tactical songs so I'm ok with not messing with the TacticalSound.ini file

@Coke Himmy, huh not sure what's causing that. Try removing this file from the mod's config folder: "XComTacticalSound.ini"

Or rename to "XComTacticalSound.backup" or something

also, for some reason, with this as my only music pack installed, in combat I hear both XCOM WOTC soundtrack and original/UFO Defense (whichever is picked in the settings) and that's never happened to me before

@romrojal, I can't promise anything as things are very busy for me atm. But I do plan on doing an expansion pack at some point with some songs I left out/forgot to add to the original. So, yeah leave some recommendations and you never know!

If I had more energy and effort, All I'd legit do is have the integrated music with a radio effect, ESPECIALLY the TLP content. Just gives the Resistance Radio a little more relevance in game.

@Level 20 Commoner: oh, if you do that just remember to set up the sound cues! I'd recommend using the "mixed" cue I already have and adding your tracks to that and then attaching them to the mix. Otherwise, you'll likely have to modify the ini to add your own. You can also, if you want, just create your own cues and just point the ini file to it, as an add-on to the mod.

@Level 20 Commoner: Yep, you can. Only thing I'd suggest is adding a reverb effect to the track so that it sounds like it's coming from the Avenger's speaker system. @Iridar, based on what they said in the description I believe they left uncooked for the people with modding experience who may want to use the modding tools to add their own music to the system. I think a better solution is to create a separate fork that is a cooked version of this mod, a "lite" version if you would.
