I can guarantee it works in MP hosted from a private pc, like for example me hosting and my friends joining.
You can open my mission wih a PBO extractor program and check how I made it too
So this would seem to suggest it is something odd with your mission. What version of RHS were you using when you created the mission. It is possible that they changed the class for their ammo boxes and something is slightly different. OR exactly which RHS Ammo box are you placing. I was testing with "RHSUSF Weapons Crate (Virtual)".
I don't think I can report anything to MCC or RHS at this point other than the LOAD not working for RHS Arsenal which I can reproduce everywhere.
I'm at a loss now on this one!!
Maybe we should also inform the MCC or RHS team about this bug.
If I use MCC and place down a RHS Arsenal however I can use the LOAD functionality. SO, although MCC breaks the in mission ammo boxes, placing one down with MCC seems to give me more functionality. The only thing would be if MCC is breaking anything else in the mission.
But so far after 3-4 runs of the mission everything else seems to be working perfectly smoothly as far as I can tell.
Great mission BTW. Managed to kill the officer once. Another time he ran away from us and got himself killed. And another time we extracted him under heavy fire.
I was only running MCC, RHS and VTS Weapons resting. MCC as of late is adding all sorts of nonsense in so it could be breaking things.
I will try Vanilla and see what happens.

You guys have to watch out at conflicts, you can't use a tons of mods all together or they cause conflicts and I can't fix that for you
Are you just using a standard addaction item on the boxes?

Are you launching this mission in MP ?

Since the Virtual vehicle spawner is not compatible with RHS and since no RHS faction have its own ships, I left the marker there but what you need to do now is spawn a ship by using Zeus menu (as SL).
Original Capture the Officer had virtual vehicle spawner while the new RHS one not, this may be even better for training purpose as now only the SL/Zeus decides what vehicles to use while in the past players joining could spawn their own vehicle and make a mess
