After you subscribe to the mod it should begin adding it to this folder here like so userdata\37438144\ugc\referenced\543021466517264360/Dangan.rar

After that just extract it and insert and overwrite (keep a backup if you want) all your songs into C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\killingfloor\Music

Hello there, this is a VERY late comment.

But I don't quite understand what I'm doing wrong. I open the game and don't really see any options for downloading mods, and nothing's happened since I opened the game. It's been years since I've played this, so I don't exactly remember....

I have failed to mention as I completely forgot you must first start the game up after subscribing then let KF download the files to its folders. Afterwards, you just copy and paste like in the instructions. Sorry again for the confusion

I went ahead and fixed the downloads so from now on everything should download straight to your killingfloor folder under common. I don't why it was saving in that temp folder.

So there is something wrong with the download. After a lot of retrying I searched for the file dangan.rar. Turns out that steam downloaded the files here: Steam\userdata\15846496\ugc\referenced\543021466508791639\Music\Dangan.rar
Steam\userdata\15846496\ugc\referenced\543021466513692414\Music\danganpart2.rar

Are you talking about the thousands of other anime/video game OST replacements that already exist on the workshops? Cause I'm sure if they were illlegal they wouldve been removed by now

Check your music folder in your killingfloor folder for a .rar file called Dangan.rar just extract that right where it is and overwrite everything. I would do this without the rar file but due to killing floor SDK crashing when having a load of audio files at once and the fact that you cant compress down audio files this is the only way.
