There is no up to date version for Unofficial Skyrim Patch. Team ended up having too much trouble updating separate patches for each DLC, so they were all merged as single patch long time ago.
I would recommend considering SE though. It has superior memory management and 64bit architecture benefits. You don't need memory tweaks, or worry about VRAM crashes with that one. Your call, of course.
Edit: Just checked LE DLC prices. You are probably better off just getting SE... instead of saving about 6€.
I wish they hadn't taken down the other versions of the Unoficcial Skyrim Patch though. I can't really see why they would, even if they aren't going to update it anymore.
That would restrict you to some very simple mods + couple of xSE solutions. Of course, if that is all you would have needed, then I understand.
