Question

Is there a mod on the workshop that adds a spell that permanently changes a npc's weight? I used to do that to npcs that had face bugs, but the weight change never stayed whenever I exit the cell the affected npc was in.

Weight is set directly in to character data. To permanently change it through mods you would need added data storage utility and functions. That will take this mod question outside of Workshop's scope.
