How can I edit the story mode text? ( I am using google translate because Engilsh is not my first language )

I'm working on a mod to make some changes to the third chapter for a reason that I don't want to talk about it now

if you don't know in the game's workshop there is a group of mods called language pack that Translate the game to other languages like Chinese but there is some meme mods that change the text in to something else but the problem is I don't how to do this
