It was a privilege for us at EchoPR to work in #production and #storytelling on this project, amplifying the voices of caregivers of #neurodivergent individuals. Their stories are often underrepresented and deserve to be heard more widely.
Hear the voices of our community! Steps and Neurodiversity at Work Research Centre, with support from BKIND and Irish Aid, have created a video on the caregiver experience. This video owes much to the generous contributions of parents in our own community. Up to 20% of our colleagues, neighbours and family members may be parents or caregivers of people who are neurodivergent. We share their main hope for their adult children: that everyone’s contributions through life and work are seen, valued, and respected. #Steps is thrilled to share the video with our community. #StepsCommunity #InclusiveCommunity #InclusiveEmployment #Neurodiversity
